Celebrating 10 Years of 312 Wrestling: A Legacy of Excellence and Growth

This year marks a major milestone for 312 Wrestling as we celebrate our 10th season. What began in 2013 as the Rhino School of Wrestling, founded by Tim Duggan, evolved into 312 Wrestling in 2015—a transformation fueled by Tim’s vision and dedication.

After years of shaping young athletes, Tim passed the baton in 2020 to longtime coach and supporter Tom Keliher. Under Tom’s leadership, 312 continued to thrive, with him balancing his role as the club’s head coach while championing the high school varsity team. In 2023, the torch was passed once again, this time to Dominic Angelo, who now leads the next generation of wrestlers with the same passion and commitment.

Through the leadership of Tim, Tom, and now Dom, one thing has remained constant: the integrity and mission of 312 Wrestling. Our club is dedicated to not only molding young athletes into impressive wrestlers but also shaping them into better individuals.

Over the last decade, 312 Wrestling has proudly produced countless champions and positively impacted the lives of hundreds of Chicago-area students.

As we celebrate this milestone, we want to take a moment to express our gratitude:

  • To Coach Tim Duggan: Thank you for laying the foundation of this incredible club. Your vision made all of this possible.
  • To Coach Tom Keliher: Thank you for your energy, leadership, and unwavering commitment to our athletes and the program’s growth.
  • To Coach Dominic Angelo: It is clear to anyone who knows you how passionate you are about wrestling. You pour so much time and energy into it without expecting anything in return and that speaks volumes about your character. Your dedication truly makes a difference, and we are all lucky to have someone like you leading the way.
  • To our Current Coaches: Vinny, Pat, Kevin and Andrew. Thank you for your dedication and the passion you have for the good of the club and the good of the kids! The hours you put in does not go unnoticed!
  • To St. Patrick’s High School: Thank you for over 10 years of continuous support. Your facilities and partnership have been instrumental to our success.
  • To the parents: Thank you for your sacrifices, from driving your kids to practice and paying dues to cheering them on with unwavering enthusiasm. Your love and support fuel our club’s spirit.

As we look to the future, we promise to continue in gratitude, integrity, and perseverance, staying true to the mission that has guided us for 10 incredible years.

Here’s to many more seasons of excellence at 312 Wrestling!
