We recommend visiting a doctor immediately. The prescribed medication will help your wrestler recover quickly and return to practice as soon as possible.
Good hygiene is the key to preventing skin issues. Ensure that athletes shower immediately after practice and wash all their gear and clothing. Mats are cleaned daily before practice to maintain a safe environment. If you have concerns about a skin condition, consult a coach. Additionally, we suggest using Defense Soap and applying Kennedy Industries KS Skin Crème to the body before practice for added protection.

Parents are not permitted in the practice room unless they are certified volunteer coaches assisting the team. However, we do have cameras projecting to screens outside the practice room. Please note, these cameras may occasionally experience technical issues.
Yes! Parents interested in assisting during practices or coaching at competitions must obtain a Copper Coaching Certification. Follow the steps provided by USA Wrestling at usawmembership.com to get started.
We use GroupMe and email for all mass communications, including practice updates, changes, and cancellations.
Yes, all athletes must have a current USA Wrestling Athlete Membership to participate in practice. Please note:
To compete in tournaments, wrestlers must be on the 312 roster with IKWF and age certified. During the USA Wrestling membership registration, there is a step for age verification. If you missed it, send your wrestler’s USA Wrestling membership number and a copy of their birth certificate to [email protected], ensuring your affiliation is set to Team 312 Wrestling Club.
